I followed all procedures, I paid money that which they ask for my policy, my dog got sick diagnosed by the vet proper paperwork, and they did what I was afraid they would do, DENIED MY CLAIM! , I do not recommend this, this is just like the rest of the people out there that are running a business by- I strongly believe ripping people off with fine print. I am extremely dissatisfied, and this company is just like the general society; has no integrity.

When I took my golden retriever, Sally, to the vet, I was worried because she has not been eating well. I worried that she had some intestinal issues. Fortunately, my vet did some tests, which turned out to be a temporary problem caused by her diet. I’m happy that I made that trip to the vet because now I can give my dog a better life. Pet Partners allowed me to make the decision to go to the vet quickly because I didn’t have to worry about how I was going to pay for it. Thank you, Pet Partners, for giving excellent coverage and peace of mind.

The customer service isn’t all that great. It’s hard to get a straight answer out of them. As far as the claims process is concerned, it’s prolonged. It took them more than a month to finalize my claim. I took my dog to the vet for a non-life-threatening issue and submitted all of the paperwork and the bill from the vet. The process dragged on and on. When I called them to ask when I would be reimbursed, they couldn’t tell me. The only reason I am not giving them a 1-star review is that they paid out in the end. So before you decide to buy a policy from them, be sure to do your research first.

I have pet insurance with Pet Partners for about 2 years. Everything was okay, but once my claim was processed so long. Customer support continued telling me WAIT wait wait. Yep, my vet bills were covered, but it took really ages to be done.

Last year I adopted Husky and didn’t realize what was going on. He destroyed the yard in 2 hours when I was at work. It was really a disaster. But I love him, he’s my fluffy friend. Once he jumped a tall gate, cutting his paw. Blood was everywhere. It hurt, and he whined. Pet partners covered all my vet bills, and customer service was very patient and understood my situation. It was not the first time I phoned them. 4 times, or 5, maybe, I don’t even remember, but all my claims were processed fast and without any trouble. I and my small monster:) say thanks to Pet Partners. You are great!

The customer service is great. They received my request and did a follow-up regarding my dog’s cremation. The rep assured me he would keep in touch with me regarding updates. Everything was ok.

In case all of you here have forgotten, there was a time when you could find only a few pet insurance companies on the market, and almost all of them denied purebreds or pets suffering from cancer. PetPartners has been my friend for several years and covered all my dog’s issues. And the best thing about this provider is that their customer service team is well-trained. So, before you complain about a pet insurance provider, remember there was a time when you couldn’t get one so quickly! Anyway, I am satisfied with the service, and I got, every time, up to 90% reimbursement for my pets. As it should, my deductible increased, but I expected this since it was clearly mentioned in my policy. So, I had a great time with PetPartners, and I recommend their service to anyone who truly loves their dogs.

I never thought that a customer rep would take the time to verify my pet’s issues with submitting medical records. But that’s what I got from this insurance company! They are so professional that their rep helped me manage the issues with my claim. The rep even directly contacted my vet’s office and guided him through the process. And the best part: I got updates by phone from the rep assigned to my case! Amazing!

I never thought I would end up enjoying collaborating with a pet insurance provider. But that’s what happened to me shortly after I signed up for a policy. I requested additional info about the cost of my policy and got a prompt and accurate answer. Fantastic customer service skills!

I don’t understand where all these positive testimonials came from. After 30 days of being insured with this company, my dog received next to nothing. My pup got a severe case of diarrhea, which led to dehydration and starvation. And, of course, I couldn’t leave the poor soul suffering, so I rushed him to the ER at the vet’s office. I submitted a claim with PetPartners, with the clear notice from my vet that there was a need for additional tests to determine the cause for diarrhea. And guess what? They denied my request, stating that my claim entered their system in the five days meant for waiting. Utter lie and fraud!! My dog got sick after seven days had passed after the waiting period ended!! It is not worth getting a plan with them! Everything is about extra costs!! I am still struggling to receive my coverage, but I don’t believe I will ever get reimbursed!!
