Claim Process

PetPartners Pet Insurance will reimburse you for the covered cost of your dog or cat's care and treatment, less your plan's deductible and coinsurance. An option to pay directly to your vet isn't available for this plan. Filing a claim is simple and involves sending in a completed claim form along with a copy of the paid and itemized invoice you get from your veterinarian.
